Using Candidate Layers is a great way to manage your store pipeline - you can have all sites in one place as they move through you process from discovery to analysis to approval.
To take this work to the next level, you can customize these status values in PiinPoint, here's how:
Open your Layers menu and find the Candidate Layer you want to customize
Select the ellipsis (the three dots) next to the layer
From the pop-up, select "Layer Settings"
In the Layer Settings menu you can
Re-order the status categories
Edit the name of any status
Delete any status
Add new status
Change the colour of any status
Hit Save
These custom settings are now saved for that candidate layer across your organization
