Want to track important lease dates in the same platform where you can evaluate sites, predict sales, and plan your network growth? We've got a solution for that
To leverage the lease reminder functionality, there is one firm requirement: you must have leasing dates included in your My Location data. Any questions about this? Reach out to your CSM or ask in the in-app Chat for more details or help getting these attributes updates
Then, once enabled in PiinPoint, you can use the calendar icon to open the Reminders menu:
From this menu, you can explore any grouping of reminders including Custom Reminders, Expired (if any), and upcoming Lease Renewals. For the upcoming lease renewals, you can see:
Location and date
Whether or not there are comments attached to the site
Site's performance percentile
Access to more details (button)
Checkmark toggle to indicate when the renewal has been resolved
Pin icon to navigate to the location on the map
Bonus: there is now a label in your My Locations pop-up for the lease status! And clicking on it will navigate you to the details in this menu
Here's what the details look like for any site in your Reminders menu:
You can set a reminder cadence for your site (if you'd like more frequent pings for example), you can also alert others by selecting Email alerts and adding their contact information, you can add attachments, and lastly you can add comments.
Lastly, clicking the calendar icon within this Reminders menu will open a monthly calendar. This gives a nice visual view to your renewals in a future month.
