Right-Clicking
Right-click anywhere on the map to pop up a context menu that allows you to add a few different types of layers.
Add as Candidate brings up a list of your candidate layers so you can add it to an existing or new candidate layer. Candidate layers allow you to approve or reject potential sites.
Add to Layer brings up a list of your regular layers so you can add it to an existing or new layer.
