Quick Reference

  • Try it out to quickly slice your data by status, city, country, and more—making pipeline management even easier.

  • At the bottom of the article, there are some suggested uses!

Accessing Sitematch Filter Menu

This menu is a sidebar on the ⬅️ left-most side of your Sitematch window. If it is not already in view, you can expand it by selecting the icon underlined in red below

Creating a New Filter View

Select the plus sign (+) to get started. You can create a filter that uses any combination of City, State/Province, Status, or any Column of data you have in Sitematch. The View/Hide section lets you decide which columns you want to include in the view.

In this example, I'm building a view to show me any sites that I have 'Finalized' in the city of 'Vancouver'.

You can rename your saved table view, go back and edit your filters, or delete it altogether

💡 Note: All users in your organization will see the same filters so it is helpful to establish them as a team

Suggested Filters

To get you started, here are some potential views you can consider setting up in Sitematch:

  • Filter by Region

    • If you have specified regions by province or state this can help your RE managers find their listings right away

  • Filter by Banner

    • If your company has multiple brands, filter by brand to keep their listing separated

  • Filter by Status and by RE Manager

    • You can stack these filters so that each RE Manager (if added) can jump directly to the sites they need to work on

  • Filter by Status and Date

    • This can be a view to the specific sites being brought forward for approval

  • Filter by Population, POI, or other threshold

    • This filter can save you hours of review time by filtering sites that do NOT meet your criteria. You can archive these options to focus on the listings with the best potential
