Use Demographic Tables to validate your assumptions on which variables are the most important to your success. Once you've defined a trade area you can quickly figure out which demographics are most common.

Adding Demographic Tables

To add demographic tables to any report:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the demographics tab
  2. Click "Add/Remove Tables"
  3. Check the box for each topic that you would like to include in the report, e.g. Education Breakdown

🕒   Keep in Mind

  • Since we're bringing a lot of data into these tables, it can take a few minutes to load them all in (depending on how many tables are selected)

Navigating your Tables

Each table will display the top values as well as the total values for your trade area and any comparison ranges in the report.

For example, here's a breakdown on the most commonly represented Age brackets around the University of Guelph:

What we see above is that the top Ages are in 20-24 and 25-29.

💪  Power User Tip

Choose what's displayed using the Comparison Selector at the top right of each table. For example, remove the city, province/state, or national level data:

Sharing Data

These tables are also saved to to the shareable reports that you send, so you can buff up your reports giving more information on an area to clients and colleagues!
