What's the trade area like here? 

The Overview tells the story of who lives in the area, showing some standard demographic variables, from the Total Population to the Median Age, and a Retail Landscape giving a summary on the market.

In the Your Demographics table, you'll see any specific criteria that are relevant to your concept, e.g. perhaps you target people age 25-40, or need a minimum household income of $60,000.

What will the income be like in 5 years from now?

On the Demographics tab, PiinPoint applies projections to select demographic variables to show you how things are going to change in the future, and how they've changed in the past. See how population, income, and age evolve:

Where are my competitors?

On the Points of Interest tab, you'll see all relevant competitors that are within your trade area. For example, in this 5-minute drive time, there are 16 different grocery type POIs (pertaining to my competition), represented by 6 different brands and 4 of my own hypothetical store locations:

You can change the reporting area by adjusting the radius scale.

How many of my own stores are nearby?

On the Points of Interest tab, you'll also see how many of your own stores are within the designated trade area. In this case, there are a few within close proximity:
