Quick Reference

  • Listings that have been submitted to your Sitematch Portal can be viewed on your Explore Map by navigating to the Sitematch section of your Layers panel and toggling on the dataset. The uploaded listings will appear on your map as candidate points.

  • To navigate directly to a site, you can click on the notification within the Notification Panel, or use the Pan To button found in the Edit Attribute Table.

  • By clicking on the site you can view the relevant site details, classify the site by review stage, and create a trade area around the site to assess it's potential.

  • If you have a scorecard in your account, you will also be able to view the details of the score that is closest to the site.

Introduction

Sitematch allows for property listings to be uploaded directly to your PiinPoint account by your team and external real estate partners. Once these listings are submitted, you can view them within your PiinPoint account and quickly assess their fit for your network.

Viewing Submitted Sites

Listings that have been submitted through your Sitematch Portal are stored in a Sitematch Layer. To view the Sitematch layers, navigate to the layers panel and look for the Sitematch section.

Navigating to the Specific Sites

Once the layer has been turned on, the sites will be marked on your map. If you're working across a wide geography it can be hard to see exactly where those points are, so here are some tips for navigating directly to the sites.

Use the Layer Attribute Table

When you are in the layers panel, you can use the Edit Attribute Table button, (the grid icon to the far left of a layer name) to open a detailed table of the layer's contents.

This will bring up a table at the bottom of your screen listing the various sites in the layer. You can see the details of each, and click on 'Pan to' for your map to navigate to the selected site.

Using the Notification Menu

When a site is submitted, a notification will appear in your notification panel. If you click on a Sitematch Submission notification your map will automatically navigate to that site.

Viewing Site Details

When you click on a Sitematch point it'll bring up the Location Details. This includes the site address, the contact information of the person who submitted the site, and a section for noting any relevant site details.

πŸ’ͺ Pro Tip: If there is a specific street or intersection that you want to view the site from, right-click on that spot on the map and go to Street View.

Site Scoring

For accounts with a Directional or Marketmatch scorecard, the Sitematch candidate points also include site scoring. This allows you to quickly gauge how well the area around the listing matches your desired market profile! At the top of the candidate information box, there will be a score displayed for the site based on the nearest scored intersection. There will also be a Score Breakdown tab with the details on that intersection score.

Build a Report with Candidate Points

At the bottom of the candidate card, there is an option to draw a Drivetime Heatmap. once you have a trade area drawn around your site you can use that to run your regular Site Report. If you aren't familiar with the process of creating a site report, you can learn more about them here.
