Introduction
Sitematch allows you and your real estate partners to upload new site listings directly to your PiinPoint account for quick and easy review. This article will walk you through how you can add listings to your own account while you're logged in to PiinPoint.
1. From the Explore Map
Identify your site on the main map, either by typing the address into the search bar or right-clicking on the site itself. From the pop-up select "Add as Candidate"
Then all you need to so is select Sitematch Dashboard Listings from the Candidate layer list and hit confirm. The site is now added to your Sitematch dashboard
💡Remember - you can also visualize and interact with your Sitematch listings on your explore map by toggling them on from you Layers menu
2. Add Individual Listing by Address
Within Sitematch, select +New Address near the top right of the window. Type the address in the search bar and confirm that the address had been found and is valid. Finally, hit Enter to add it to your database
3. Add Multiple Listings via Table
If you have an existing spreadsheet with listing data, you can upload it directly to Sitematch. In preparation, go to your file and make sure that the columns are broken out in the way you'd like them to appear in Sitematch. Oh, and make sure there is address information available!
Choose Upload Data from the menu shown below and then select your data source.
Next, Sitematch will ask you to specify which columns should be used to geocode your data. That means converting your flat data into spatial data. Lastly, select Start Geocoding and Sitematch will add all geocoded location to the dashboard
Ready to go!
Congratulations on adding your first listing! You will now be able to view, sort and save these listings in-app as prospective locations or even add advanced review options like reports, smart layers, and custom filers.
