This article will go over all the potential column data types that you can add to fully customize and maximize your Sitematch experience; both static and automated.

Static Columns
These columns take your data management to the next level and let's to tailor Sitematch to the unique needs of your organization. Here are the main options and some suggested uses:
Text - the most flexible option. With text fields the sky is the limit as you can add anything from the name of the plaza to insights about the local market or the proposed deal terms.
Date - Sitematch includes the date added for a listing, but using an additional date column could be used to track projected opening date or the date of bringing the site to your internal approval committee.
List - a great choice for when you want users to make a choice between a fixed set of options. Examples could be to select a brand if your business is multi-banner, or to specify which RE manager is responsible for the site
πͺπ» Pro Tip: Look at this article about using Filters in Sitematch. These static columns are great when used in combination with filters; they ensure you get the views that matter most
Automated Columns
This video shows how you can use the next set of columns, but we've also included a cheat sheet below.
π‘ Did you know that automated columns don't just calculate once? Every new site that gets added to Sitematch will have the same data calculated for them!
Smart Layer - a dynamic tool that let's you summarize spatial data in relation to each of your listings in Sitematch. This includes Demographic, POIs, and even information in your layers or My Locations
Example - add distance to your closest existing store, count the number of your main competitors nearby, or compare population density between sites
Sales Prediction & Scores - for clients with predictive analytics or scorecards, those products can be integrated in Sitematch. Run a forecast right away or see how aligned a site is to your Target Market - right in the dashboard!
Reports - this option saves you a lot of time! If you have a set report that you run when bringing forward sites for approval, you can add a column to Sitematch for the report. That way, you can run the exact report you need without have to start from scratch in the Explore map
